2025 Sorghum Craft Vendor Application
Due to the City of Springfield Sidewalk Projects that ar due to begin this year we are going to be working around some uncertainty in the conditions of the downtown area during the festival. Rest assured that we are working to make this as easy as possible however by signing up you agree to be flexible in possible location changes as we finalize details closer to the date. While there may be some hurdles we are working to move all vendors and activities up to Main Street to enhance our festival as the great small town homecoming it is. Early Bird Special runs through the end of June. The 2025 Sorghum Festival will run for three days! Please read the contract and print it for referance for future questions. Please note that we do not have a flea market area.
2025 Sorghum Information Vendor Application
This application is for buinsesses wishing to provide information to the public and Chamber Members that choose to utilize their included Information Booth. The 2025 Sorghum Festival will run for three days! Please read the contract and print it for referance for future questions.
Groups that fall into this category are Chamber Member buisness booths, church, political, school clubs, youth groups and special services.
2025 Sorghum Antique Vendor Application
This section is new for the 2025 Sorghum Festival and will be located in the Senior Citizens Parking Lot. Booths may set up Friday after 3:00 P.M. and may remain open until the close of the festival on October 5th, 2025. This part of the festival will be slighlty detached from the Main Street set up but will have pleanty of advertizing and signage leading up to and during the event. Vendors are allowed to sell antiques and collectables however this is a juried section to maintain quality. Absoulutly no pallet sales, yard sale, junk sale or bulk sale booths will be permitted. It is our hope that this area is benificial to the patrons and vendors alike creating a quality weekend for antique shopping as well as craft shopping. This area will have loading time frames for vehicles to access purchases.
