Craft Vendor Applications
The 2024 Sorghum Festival consist of a Crafted Vendor Row that is home to roughly 85 crafters. We are working hard to provide a great experience not only for our vendors but also for the attendees of the festival. Please note that the Sorghum Festival does not accept flea market and bulk sale booths. We do permit a few boutique booths at the digression of the Chamber Board.
This is not a juried event. If you are interested being a vendor at the 2024 Sorghum Festival on October 4th and 5th please review the application/contract below.

Food Vendor Applications
The Springfield Washington County Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for the 2024 Sorghum Festival Food Court. For 2024 applicants will reviewed based on available items served and power options available. Please note that no payment will be collected until vendor is contacted with selection. Due to stage location in relation to the Food Court Generators may be used however they must be silent operating.

Information Booths
The Springfield Washington County Chamber of Commerce offers an Information section between Craft Vendor Row and the Sorghum Children’s Festival. This section is where Chamber Business Members, School Groups, Non-Profits, Churches and Youth Groups can be found. Chamber members may register through this application for their included membership booth.
This section also does not allow flea market, bulk sale and knock offs, or store/pallet sale booths.
